Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add the pumpkin and the sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk.
- Next, pour mixture into the pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve right away or refrigerate for later. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
