Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread (and Pumpkin inspired recipes)
There’s nothing quite like the comforting aroma of freshly baked goods to welcome the Fall season. Within autumn-inspired foods, pumpkin-flavored treats are always a seasonal favorite. Today, we are making an easy but classic Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread; trust us when we say you don’t want to miss out. It’s delicious! We, of course, also had to include some of our other favorite pumpkin-based dishes, which we will link at the bottom of this post. So, grab your apron, and let’s make some delicious pumpkin chocolate chip bread to bring Fall into your home.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Recipe
Dry Ingredients:
3 ½ c. flour
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt
2 2/3 c. sugar
Wet Ingredients:
2/3 c. butter
4 whole eggs
1 lb. pumpkin puree
2/3 c. water
Other:
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 large loaf pans
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Mix wet ingredient and dry ingredient mixtures until well combined.
- Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, or more if desired. 🙂
- Pour batter evenly into three greased loaf pans. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
